Made Cell Juniors ANIME Level Scary ☠️

I was so happy when I discovered Cell Juniors were beefed up in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. They were scary little monsters in the Dragon Ball Z anime. So now we can properly simulate that against live test subjects in XV2.
