When the Comic Relief funding came to an end in December 2019, staff at Plan Bryn Rosyn and Llys y Seren decided to throw a massive party for their residents to celebrate the last two years of learning and applying new creative skills. Let me tell you, it was far from your standard bingo night!
On Thursday, 16th January, Plas Bryn Rhosyn was buzzing with excitement and activity. We had willow weaving at one table, where residents were making dream catchers; we could have a go at pyrography with varying results but with a lot of enthusiasm; and everyone joined in the signing and tried their hand at playing different instruments. But it wouldn’t be a party without cake! And we had some tasty treats on display…
