For one of the Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 2 Season 1 Alter Ego Challenges you need to "Find the Pickaxe Hidden in the Chaos Rising Loading Screen While Wearing the Sorana Outfit"

First you need to collect all the hidden FORTNITE letters to unlock Sorana, once you have her unlocked you will get this challenge to find the pickaxe for her. You want to head to the snowy mountain (tallest mountain on the map) and on the right hand side while climbing the mountain you can find the pickaxe.
