For any copyright, please send me a message.  Top plastic surgeon to the moneyed ladies of Manhattan, Dr. Andrew Jacono, doesn’t just deliver an unrivaled rhinoplasty — the dashing Park Avenue doc also just helped save the life of a woman who collapsed on an international flight.  Jacono, who was named the best plastic surgeon in America by Harper’s Bazaar, specializes in mini facelifts, nose jobs, and eyelid lifts. He is also a volunteer surgeon for Beyond Our Borders, an organization that brings underprivileged children from developing nations to the US for surgery, and travels internationally to perform free reconstructive surgery on people disfigured by birth defects, domestic violence, war and cancer.  He was on an overnight Air France flight from Bogotá, Colombia, to Paris on Thursday, which was forced into an emergency landing due to a passenger in distress. A 28-year-old woman lost feeling in her limbs and fell unconscious, so a flight attendant called out for a doctor.  Jacono, who was en route from a pro bono mission in Colombia to a medical conference in South Africa, jumped in and helped revive the woman, who was rushed to a French hospital.
