No team or system or product lasts forever, yourself included! We all run out of steam over time and we all need to take time to make sure we are running at our very best. If we don't take care of maintaining ourselves and our teams, we start to slump, slack, and eventually before ineffective. No one wants to be on a team with ineffective people and certainly no want to feel ineffective personally! So taking care of your proper maintenance is CRITICAL.
