New Prime Minister is Straightforward & Confident

"Vladimir Putin issued the order to appoint Mikhail Mishustin to the position of the new Prime Minister of the Russian government. Earlier, the State Duma gave the president the authorization for this appointment. Moreover, the head of the state signed an order on the establishment of a new post: Deputy Chairperson of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, and appointed former Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to this position. The deputy chairperson will be a permanent member of the Security Council."
