Bio: One day in a far away laboratory, scientists were testing on a Reedling by attempting to combine it with the radiation element. Using the DNA of a Slapoda, the combination was a success! There was one small flaw though, the Reedling was modified at the molecular level and changed completely, losing its natural elements. After hours upon hours, the scientists decided to classify this mutant Reedling as a species of Interstellars, going by Steamstcarp! The toxic flute on top of its head can release neurotoxin when tooted, if it does it too much, it could kill anyone around it
