EC Clears Bobi Wine to Carry Out country-Wide Consultations

The chairman of the Electoral commission Justice Simon Byabakama Mugenyi has confirmed the clearance of three Presidential aspirants to start countrywide consultations. However, the electoral commission warned the aspirants to desist from turning the consultations into campaigns. The consulting parties are also required to furnish the police with EC clearance and notification for security purposes.
