Is this viral video hailing Kejriwal for online school attendance actually from Delhi?

A video of school children scanning their identity cards to mark their attendance recently went viral on social media. Many claimed that the video was from a school in Delhi in which school children were praising Arvind Kejriwal for the efficient system of attendance. However it is actually from a school in Pakistan which was uploaded on 31 July.
