Manny's Friendly Contest

EDIT: I have just been informed that Manny changed the information on his contest and I'm thrilled. I was hopeful that it was a mistake and he would correct it. I will not, however, take down the video because this conversation is important. We as consumers need to be aware so we can alert our favorite influencers when things like this happen.

In this video, we will be discussing #MannyMUA providing a contest for his followers which is missing a #NoPurchaseNecessary option. This is an easy fix and it's important for us as viewers to be aware of the situations that arise when people, especially big influencers, create contests or giveaways.

Keep in mind, this video is intended to educate you as well as the influencers on the legalities of contests and giveaways. Please don't send any hate to Manny and warn him so that he can include a "no purchase necessary option". Thanks.
