Local man, 36, identified as Texas shooting suspect

Police in the U.S. state of Texas identified Seth Aaron Ator, 36, as the man who killed seven people in a shooting in Odessa. They confirmed the seven people killed ranged in age from 15 to 57, and that another 22 people were hurt.
