Choices

Choices We can no longer allow our negative emotions (anger, hate, frustration) to guide the choices we make. We need to think about the consequences those choices will have on our lives and on the lives of those around us. It is time to say NO MORE to the negative thought patterns that lead us to making poor choices. We need to value ourselves, our lives and the lives of everyone around us. We need to say NO MORE to making unhealthy choices so we can ALL live happy, healthy lives.
