'Restrictions necessary to prevent civilian casualties', says J&K Governor Satya Pal Malik

जम्मू-कश्मीर के राज्यपाल सत्यपाल मलिक ने घाटी में इंटरनेट व्यवस्था बहाल न करने पर सफाई पेश की है. राज्यपाल सत्यपाल मलिक ने साफ किया कि इंटरनेट आतंकियों का सबसे बड़ा हथियार है. इसलिए घाटी में हालिया स्थिति को देखते हुए इंटरनेट सुविधाओं को बंद रखा गया है.
सत्यपाल मलिक ने कहा, 'फोन और इंटरनेट का इस्तेमाल हम कम करते हैं, आतंकी और पाकिस्तानी ज्यादा करते हैं. पाकिस्तानी और आतंकी इन सुविधाओं का इस्तेमाल लोगों के जुटाने और हिंसा फैलाने के लिए करते हैं. आतंकी इसका इस्तेमाल हमारे खिलाफ हथियार की तरह करते हैं, इसलिए हमने उसे बंद कर दिया है. सभी सुविधाएं थोड़े वक्त के बाद फिर से सामान्य हो जाएंगी.'
