The bag is a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time with no penalties.
The bag contains two MYSTERY pieces of jewelry hand picked each month based off of questions the subscriber will answer on the questionnaire they will receive via email.
The bag is $15.70 per month. That breaks down to $5 + tax for each piece of jewelry & $5 shipping & handling. (note: Paparazzi never allows us to lower the price of the jewelry. This is non-negotiable.)
DeeVine Sparkle Boutique has a customer loyalty program. For every 12 pieces of jewelry that a customer purchases, they receive one piece of jewelry FREE. This means that every six months - if they keep their subscription active - the subscription bag will contain a FREE piece of jewelry along with the two pieces of jewelry covered under the subscription..
The subscription bags are invoiced on the 28th of each month and the customer has 24 HOURS to pay. If invoice is not paid within 24 HOURS, the subscription bag will be canceled. Should this happen two times, the bag will be permanently canceled and the customer banned from future purchases with DeeVine Sparkle Boutique.
The invoice will come to the customer’s email securely backed by PayPal, however, one does not have to have a PayPal account to pay. They can use a debit card, credit card, or PayPal account. Three easy and convenient ways to pay.
Subscription bags are mailed out on the 1st of each month (if promptly paid on the 28th of the previous month) and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
The pieces of jewelry included in the subscription bag are MYSTERY pieces. That is the fun of the subscription bag. Although we do our best to pick pieces we feel the customer will love based off of the online survey, there is NO GUARANTEE that the pieces will be something the customer will enjoy. We do our best but make no promises. Customer MUST UNDERSTAND this risk because there are no refunds or exchanges. Exchanges will only be granted if jewelry is damaged during shipping and proof of that must be rendered to DeeVine Sparkle Boutique within 3 days of receipt of product.
Paparazzi jewelry is NICKEL FREE & LEAD FREE so it is perfect for sensitive skin.
The jewelry lasts a long time if properly taken care of. Customer should keep it out of water, never store it in, or near, a bathroom, should avoid perfuse sweating, never swim while wearing, never sleep in the jewelry, and never let the jewelry come into contact with body sprays.
