Bike crashes into car - driver didn't look

It's not the first time

Happily commuting to work casually in the service lane when this young lady looked to be in a bit of a rush to get to work and pulled out in front of me. Unfortunately it wouldn't have been an issue except that she stopped and I couldn't stop in time.
