Mix Dalain (lentils) Red lentils: 2 serving spoon
Green grams: 2 serving spoon
Black grams: 2 serving spoon
Chickpeas:375 g
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes: 4 tsp
Salt : 2 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Water: 6 glass approx
For tarka
Ghee: 1/2 bowl
Onion 1 medium
Cumin: 1 tsp
Directions
Soak lentils overnight.
Then add chickpea into the cooking pan.
The add red chili flakes, salt, Turmeric powder and garlic paste the add water after boil place this mixture in a pressure cooker for then to 15 mins.
The after chickpea cook well the add all the other lentils into it then place this mixture again into the cooker for 5 min.
When all the lentils cooks well mix well the make tarka of ghee onion and cumin in a frying pan the add the tarka Into the mix lentils.
