Every Venue is different so plan ahead for conducting a flawless load-in to set up your events.
What is load in?

Load-In is getting all of your event production elements into the venue where the event is being held. This includes furniture, lighting equipment, AV, florals, entertainment equipment and etc..

Load-in can be a daunting task if not planned correctly. This video will give you some quick tips on what you should know about loading in the day of an event. Questions to ask the venue you are working with, and what you should look out for on the day of production.
