The new generation consoles will be able to push way past 60 FPS and are now looking at numbers closer to 120 FPS according to Microsoft and Sony. In order to utilize all 120 frames per second, be sure you have a monitor that is capable of refreshing of at least 120hz. Be sure to also have the correct HDMI cable to able to transfer the amount of frequency from the console to the monitor.
