Building a skilled workforce for the agriculture and horticulture industry

The video sets the scene for a discussion on the future of skills and training in the agriculture industry. The Skills Leadership Group, which is formed of NFU, AHDB, universities, government and major industry employers, set out their vision to drive forward the agenda towards lifelong learning in the industry. The Group see a focus on skills as key to improving agricultural productivity, sustainability and competitiveness.
