A volunteers name is Jang Sangngam, a local dog rescue group in Thailand,

heard something that made them concerned. They immediately went to check it out, and found puppies, just waiting for someone to help them.Six helpless animals being discovered stuck in oil drum. Their tiny bodies struggle in the tar but they cannot get free. The rescuers carefully try and pull them out but stop when the dogs' cries intensify.They carefully cut away the most tar-gripped portions of the poor puppies's fur and used cooking oil to loosen the rest.
