Medicine of the North- Winter Solstice

Hello, this video is part of a series I have created on the Medicine Wheel. the direction of the North is related to the Winter Solstice, so I thought it would be a very good time to share this. :)
I forgot to mention the color that I associate with the North in this video, The color is White, like fresh fallen snow, and the white of your grandmother's hair.
