Great ball-striking is a result of what many call an Inside-out Golf Swing. Swinging "Inside to Out" is a term that describes club path striking the inward quadrant of the ball. This ideal path of the club is a result of proper body movement which then produces the ideal arm movement. The arms can only accomplish what the body allows them too.
This video shows how proper body positioning and movement creates the environment for great arm movement.
