At the General Election count in Birmingham Jess Phillips says the Labour Party has a huge problem and massive change is needed. She says the party needs to win back trust, by talking to people, not patronising them and not dismissing people. She calls the party self indulgent.
She says the leader isn't the only problem, but that she could absolutely do the job, although she doesn't relish the prospect of a task which will be challenging.
In fact, what she really wants, is to put up her Christmas Tree and watch the Strictly final!
