Indian Space Organization Launches 10 Satellites into Space The Indian Space Research Organization launched 10 satellites into Earth’s orbit from its spaceport in Sriharikota, Wednesday, December 11.

The PSLV C-48 took radar imaging earth observation satellite RISAT-2BR1 and nine commercial satellites from Israel, Italy, Japan and the United States.

The RISAT-2BR1 will provide assistance in agriculture, forestry and disaster management. The satellite’s mission will last five years. (REUTERS)
