So basically i was playing arbitration and i casted inaros's 2nd ability and started munching down on and enemy. Well once i just started eating it, one of my squad members killed the enemy and i got stuck in an animation loop where one cannot move, use abilities, or stop the loop in any other way, except for dying.
I am fairly certain that this shouldn't be a thing.
