Hong Kong police said they have found thousands of petrol bombs in universities across the city. The discovery comes as the city picks up the pieces in the wake of the prolonged standoff between protesters and officers at Polytechnic University (PolyU). Around 4,000 petrol bombs were found at PolyU alone, which was the last battleground to be surrendered. The campus is back in the hands of the school administration, which has warned people to stay away until the area is declared safe.
