We're going through the best graphics cards of 2019, one GPU at a time, to help with PC builds before the end of the year. AMD & NVIDIA had a lot in store. Sponsor: Buy Be Quiet!'s Dark Rock Slim on Amazon (

Referring to a year's worth of benchmarks, we'll be talking about the best video cards / GPUs of 2019, with categories like Best Overall, Most Well-Rounded, Best Enthusiast Card, Best Budget, and more. AMD really came out swinging this year, finally, but is still lacking cards in half the price classes. Even still, the RX 5700 XT and non-XT cards are competitive with NVIDIA. Meanwhile, NVIDIA has refreshed its lineup to push its offerings from low-end to high-end.
With #BlackFriday here, and #CyberMonday next, it's clearly peak consumerism season. As a reminder, we'd ask that you don't get caught-up in discounts and try to instead buy only what's actually wanted or needed. Practice responsible buying and don't generate more e-waste if it's not a product you really want.
