How to do? Run into him mid-speech. Watch him as he walks away, thinking "oh damn, nevermind then, I'd better not mess with you" until you meet him a day later and his amnesia makes him forget he is below you.

I advise you to all assert dominance over Nazeem, every time you see him, if you cannot afford violence.
