Clayton Bautista a native of Tarlac was able to dive in the right time to finish 13.97s microseconds ahead of the defending champ Malaysian, Rayzam Shah. It was indeed an unexpected one as the SB of Clayton was just 14.13 and Rayzam Shah's 2017 Sea Games finish was 13.82. I guess running while your hometown crowd is at your back really is a plus. Congrats again to the Philippine Team!=)
