Tip No. 1
To Sit with My Own Self daily at least 5 to 10 Minutes
In a whole day, we are so busy meeting with many other people that we have forgotten to meet our own self - our best friend - we are the best friend of our own self. We must enjoy our own company by simply sitting with our own self.
What exactly will u do in this tip / exercise ?
This Exercise, you can do any time in a day but the best time is to do in the morning so it will have a very good impact throughout the whole day.
Select a quiet place in your house where there is no noise and disturbance of TV etc.
Wherever you are comfortable, you can sit either on the chair or on the floor, crossed legs. Keep your back straight, palms on knees facing the Sky or you can sit in the Vitrag Mudra - in your lap, below the navel, keep left hand first below and on that keep your right hand and then gently close your eyes - just simply sit quietly. You are not to do anything - simply sit quietly - you are not to chant any Mantra or you are not to do any breathing exercise but simply you have to sit quietly at least for 5 to 10 minutes daily to start with then slowly, gradually, we can increase the time of our sitting. Believe me, if we sit regularly and sincerely with your own self, we will get Amazing and Miraculous results. We will be more Cool, Calm, Peaceful, Cheerful and Happy throughout the day. And when we are Calm, Peaceful n Cheerful then whatever we are doing, we will be more efficient and result oriented. In short, we will be more Successful in whatever we do with cool and calm mind.
So friends this much is for today. All The Best to all of us to practice sincerely this Tip by sitting with our own self and enjoy our own company till I come out with a new Tip in my next Video.
