North West village has been without water for nearly two decades

Imagine living nearly 20 years without running water. Well, residents in one area of Mahikeng in the North West say that's how long their taps have been dry. Government is blaming a rapidly growing population, ailing infrastructure and a lack of funding. Courtesy #DStv403
