So our Nagpur street food exploration continues and we found this guy called Raj Pakodewala who is real life pakoda making machine. He has super fast hands and not just that, he put his hands in boiling hot oil while making frying the pakodas which is just mind-blowing. Palak Pakoras were tasty and served with sweet and chilli chutneys.
