Ice-bath tutorial | how to begin Cold Training in Ice water | state-of-mind | breathing technique In this video, you will learn how to prepare for and successfully execute an "ice-bath"... It may seem daunting and confusing at first, but as you will see in this video, it does not have to be complicated at all... We show you how to get yourself into the right state of mind through breathing techniques, laughter, and a firm commitment set in the mind... think loosely Wim Hoff style... Learn to visualize the fire within you... set the intention... breath slowly and deeply... then go into the ice!... maintain slow, long, deep breathing... do not let the mind panic... the body will try to breath fast and shallow but do not let this happen... maintain control over the breathing and thus you will keep control of the mind and body... stay in for 2 minutes... then get out and get into the horse stance and begin flexing the chest, neck and shoulders while continuing to breath slowly and deeply in a meditative way... do this for a few minutes until you feel the fire within you!...
