Exploring the old Soviet Park in Kyiv|Kiev, Ukraine! Hydropark Fun! 🇺🇦

The Hidropark island in the middle of the Dnipro river running through Kyiv/Kiev is a favourite weekend hot-spot for many locals in Ukraine! There are beaches, bars and restaurants as well as a fun fair, kids activities and a Ukraine in miniature too. We went along one weekend day to check it all out. And we had such a great time. As well seeing the whole island & meeting a hedgehog we also got to hang out and dance with some locals! A lot of it feels like stepping back in time about 30 years to a Soviet time gone by - and well worth spending a day here!
