DAY IN THE LIFE! | MOM OF FIVE!

Hey family!!! It's Tyler's birthday and we are ready to celebrate him! The birthday person always gets to pick supper for the night, it can be a restaurant or something we cook, and they get to pick their cake!

Jell-O Poke Cake Recipe:
1 box white cake mix
small box of instant vanilla pudding
8 oz tub of cool whip
1 large box instant Jell-O any flavor, We like to use strawberry

Directions:
Bake cake according to package directions using only the egg whites. While cake is baking prepare pudding according to package directions and put in refrigerator to chill. When cake is almost done prepare jell-o using only the hot water step, you don't add the cold water. When cake is done poke holes all over the cake and then pour jell-o mixture over the top. Place cake in refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours. Once cake has chilled spread pudding on top, and then the cool whip. Done and delicious!
