Chemical Reaction:
Whenever a chemical change occurs, we can say that a chemical reaction (permanent change) has taken place which can be expressed symbolically by a chemical equation.
e.g. Food gets digested in our body
Rusting of iron.
Chemical reaction, a process in which one or more substances, the reactants, are converted to one or more different substances, the products.
Substances are either chemical elements or compounds.
A chemical reaction rearranges the constituent atoms of the reactants to create different substances as products.
The chemical formula of a compound represents a composition of a molecule of that compound.
