Mayroon mga bagay-bagay na even us members of the Cabinet are not allowed to look into kasi mga classified nga eh [First, it is not part of the scope of her authority. There are pieces of information that even us members of the Cabinet are not allowed to look into because these are classified]”. Bakit nga ba gustong mapasakamay ni VP Leni ang mga "classified information" na pinanghahawakan ng ICAD para sa operasyon nila laban sa droga. Hindi porke't co-chair ng ahensya ay mapapakialaman na niya ang lahat. Lalo pa't humihimgi sya ng tulong sa United Nations at Amerika. Paano maipagkakatiwala sa kanya gayong maaari niya itong ibahagi sa mga grupong unang-una ay hindi sang-ayon sa paglaban ng Administrasyong Duterte sa droga.
