The Reset Technique(tm)  -  how to dissolve stress, anger, anxiety, addictive urges and fixations This is a technique for dealing with addictive urges, fixations, obsessions: anything from objects, like chocolate or alcohol, to fixated memories and self-critical judgements, to strong emotions like fear and anger

It is also perfect for when you want to change habitual reactions and behaviours.

It is not my technique, but is taught from the far East to the far West in numerous native traditions. I have trademarked this method of teaching it, with the breathing I suggest, as 'The Reset Technique,' but I learned it from a Toltec teacher and, in 25 years of using it both personally and with clients, can attest to its versatility, and effectiveness for all sorts of situations.

This won't change you, but it can buy you the moments you need to change yourself.
