Pak responsible for inflicting countless cross border terrorist attacks on J&K : Shashi Tharoor

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor slammed Pakistan at the 141st Assembly of Inter Parliamentary Union, in Belgrade. He added that it was ironic that Pakistan who was responsible for inflicting countless cross-border terrorist attacks on Jammu and Kashmir was trying to masquerade as a champion of international law.
