This video content is based on my daily journal on 19th of September, titled "Process? Result? or Now?"
I was studying until 3 am for the past week or so and I’ve had this deep thoughts about why I was doing what I was doing. But then, when I closed my textbooks, laptop, and dorm door and took a walk outside, the nature taught me the answer to my question.

I absolutely love trees with orange dresses in the fall but I also quite like this "work in progress" trees.

Because of the process, now exists and because of now, the results are going to be produced in the future. I took a deep breath and told myself that today matter and that I matter💓

-always be kind for everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about❤️

結果？過程？今？っというタイトルで9月19日に書いた自分のジャーナル(日記)の内容を基にした動画です。

ちょっと朝方まで勉強する日が続いていて何のためにこんな生き方しているんだろうっと深く考えてしまってた時、ふと外の世界に出てみると自然が答えを教えてくれました。

もちろん真っ赤なドレスを着た木も綺麗だけど、この衣替えの途中ですーっ的なのも素のままで綺麗だなって。

過程があるから今があって今があるから結果が生まれる。張り詰めすぎないで深呼吸して、今を大切にしようって思った日でした💓
