Push-up variations are the most sought after skills in Calisthenics. Many of you were asking for a video explaining various forms and variations of Push-ups in our previous videos. So we bring to you a step-by-step guide to performing these with all the related warm-ups.
In this video, we would be covering 10 pushup variations. These are specifically arranged in the increasing progression of difficulty. Thus, we would recommend that you should go from 1-10 rather than 10-1.
Also before practicing these sets of Pushups, it is always adviced that you go for a basic workout. Also we recommend that, before starting with the variations you should be accustomed with the basic pushups and should be able to pull off atleast 20-25 normal pushups at one go.
