Two e-scooter-sharing firms fined for operating without licences

Two e-scooter-sharing firms -- Neuron Mobility and Telepod -- were fined for operating without licences. Neuron pleaded guilty to 19 charges and was fined S$38,000, while Telepod admitted to eight charges and fined S$16,000.
