It is not unusual for out of control dogs being walked off lead, or dogs that have escaped from leads and collars or harnesses to rush up to Pepper . This owner of the two dogs with top of the range flexileads and harnesses seems to think there is nothing wrong with that. Not the best pictures because obviously hard to anticipate, bur watch out for the first exocet coming in from about 3/4 way up left side before second comes in from the right, across the bottom of the picture.
