How To Achieve Any Goal You Set With The A.I.M  Approach I teach you how I hit my goals using the power of intention affirmations and Guided Meditation in order to change the way that I see myself and my goals so I can hit them every time. We talk about what Affirmations are but what affirmations aren’t for example the book the secret will teach you how to create a vision board and that is not an affirmation which people popularly think it is. We also talked about the danger of using possession in your affirmations because of the imposter effect that it can create. We talk about the fun fact that intention translates to “a plan” and how I like to set my intentions before bed every night. Finally we discuss meditation and its role in clearing the mind before you introduce your intentions or your affirmations. This A.I.M method or AIM approach has helped me hit my goals when there is nobody else above me to create incentives or reward systems for goal achievement.
