INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) Grease the cake tin & Line the bottom with butter paper and set aside.
(2) Add eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat it with electric beater for five minutes until its shape creamy.
(3) Now add cooking oil, coconut powder, green cardamom powder, baking powder and milk in this mixer. When properly mixing then gradually adds flour on it.
(4) Now divide the batter among the two prepared pans and Place to bake.
(5) One will bake in a pot, preheat the pot for fifteen minutes first, and then bake for forty to forty-five minutes to bake on a low heat.
(6) Bake the other cakes in the oven first preheat the oven to 180 °C for ten to fifteen minutes, then bake it at 180 °C for 30 to 35 minutes.
(7) When it ready then check with Toothpick or knife and inserted in center should come out clean.
(8) Now, remove the cake from the tin and add the honey on the cake with a brush and then sprinkle the coconut on top to garnish.
(9) Cut the cake into slices with a knife. Serve it with tea. Coconut Tea Cake is ready.
