BREXIT: Outrage over decision to prorogue Parliament is 'NONSENSE' - Dominic Raab

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab dismisses the idea of outrage over Boris Johnson's decision to prorogue Parliament as 'nonsense' while attending an informal meeting of ministers in Helsinki, Finland.

Mr Raab was speaking after a number of MPs from different parties said they would attempt to formally block the decision in the House of Commons next week.
