14-Day Belly, Legs and Thighs Challenge - Get Lean Here is another 2-week challenge I encourage you all to complete! A belly, legs, and thigh slimming workout session!

The exercises in this workout are quite intensive and it's a 16-min workout so this may be a little challenging for beginners but I'm not discouraging you to try it out. They're more focused on your core and lower body to really feel that burn in our targeted areas. All these exercises are guaranteed to boost your metabolism and spike your heart rate given that they're all cardio and strength routines!

You can do this workout on a daily basis but I suggest that you do this workout about 3-4x a week since it's an extended workout session. You can add this to your regular workout routine or do it as a stand-alone workout. Either way, you're sure to burn calories and get a firmer and more toned core and legs!
