Our final stop into my California tour we went to the smoking ribs bbq in Euclid, Ca.
Seriously huge challenge. Others have done it before but ours was top heavy as our portions were bigger and two extra things were added ??????

(We got a large hot link and an extremely generously sized twice baked potato)
I made this a casual Friday challenge honestly. I was tired as hell.
Seriously delicious though and I’m definitely coming back for more!!!
