In this video, I tell you a simple reason why people sometimes fail their driving test. The reason is observations at junctions. If a driver doesn't make the proper observations at junctions, then the examiner can assume that they're unlikely to be a good driver. That can cause them to lose points, or sometimes even fail if the observations were lacking significantly.
