Waking up without an alarm at the same time everyday feeling awake, well rested, and ready to take on the day is amazing and there’s no better way to start the day. There’s also no better way to end the day than by getting in bed feeling relaxed and falling into a deep slumber within minutes of your head hitting the pillow. In this video I’m going to cover the two simple changes I made in my meal timing that influenced this, and I invite you to try them out yourself.
